SLU-PP-332: literature-reported ranges

SLU-PP-332 is a small-molecule ERR agonist described as an 'exercise mimetic' in press coverage. The entire published record is mouse work from a small number of laboratories, and no human data exists.

Every figure on this page is a range reported in published literature or in a publicly documented study protocol. It is a record of what researchers used, not a recommendation, a therapeutic protocol, or advice. Peptide Intel Hub is an independent publication, sells nothing, and describes these compounds as in-vitro research reagents only.

What the published studies reported

Each row below describes one body of work. The model and population are part of the figure — a rodent per-kilogram quantity and a human trial quantity are not comparable.

Mouse endurance and metabolic studies

Reported quantity
30 mg/kg intraperitoneally
Frequency
Twice daily
Study duration
10–28 days

30 mg/kg twice daily is the figure repeated across the original publications.

In-vitro ERR activation

Reported quantity
EC50 in the low nanomolar range across ERRα, β and γ
Frequency
Single exposure
Study duration
24–48 hours

Pan-agonism across all three ERR subtypes is the pharmacological signature.

Dosage chart

These figures match the published chart for this compound on peptidedosages.com, including the reconstitution volume, resulting concentration, insulin-syringe units and the staged schedule. Educational reference only — not instructions, and not medical advice.

SLU-PP-332 · 5 mg Vial

SLU-PP-332 is dosed at 1.25 mg–2.5 mg daily via subcutaneous injection in educational protocols. A 5 mg vial reconstituted with bacteriostatic water yields about 1.67 mg/mL. This information is for research and educational use only.

Evidence Base
Preclinical only—in vivo mouse studies with intraperitoneal dosing (25–50 mg/kg twice daily).
Reconstitute
Add 3.0 mL bacteriostatic water → ~ 1.67 mg/mL concentration.
Murine dose range
1250–2500 mcg daily (for a 25 g mouse), administered in two divided doses.
Easy measuring
At 1.67 mg/mL, 1 unit = 0.01 mL ≈ 16.7 mcg on a U-100 insulin syringe.
Storage
Lyophilized: −20 °C (−4 °F); reconstituted: 2–8 °C (35.6–46.4 °F).

Mixed with 3 ml of bacteriostatic water

The same arithmetic for every vial size SLU-PP-332 is supplied in, using a fixed 3 ml of bacteriostatic water. One unit on a U-100 insulin syringe is 0.01 ml, so the unit column below is simply the volume that carries the reported amount. Educational arithmetic only — not instructions, and not medical advice.

10 mg3.33 mg/ml33 mcg

No single reported amount applies to this compound, so only the concentration and the value of one unit are shown. Only the vial sizes this compound is actually supplied in are shown, and every figure assumes exactly 3 ml of bacteriostatic water. For any other volume, use the reconstitution calculator.

Reconstitution maths

Not a peptide — supplied as a powder requiring an organic co-solvent such as DMSO before dilution. It does not dissolve in bacteriostatic water.

How to read these figures

  • No human exposure data of any kind has been published.
  • Pan-receptor agonism means broad tissue effects, which is the main open question in the literature.
  • 'Exercise mimetic' is media framing, not a measured clinical endpoint.

These are the published records the figures on this page are drawn from. Each one describes what researchers administered, in which model or population, and over what period. Quantities reported in a study are specific to that study's design and are not transferable guidance.
