DSIP: literature-reported ranges

DSIP was isolated in the 1970s from rabbit cerebral venous blood during induced sleep. The human literature is small, old, and inconsistent — several controlled studies failed to find the sleep effect the name promises.

DSIP · 10 mg Vial

DSIP (Delta Sleep-Inducing Peptide) is dosed at 100 mcg–300 mcg daily via subcutaneous injection in educational protocols, usually before bedtime. A 10 mg vial reconstituted with bacteriostatic water yields about 3.33 mg/mL. This information is for research and educational use only.

100–300 mcg once daily in the evening (gradual titration).

How to read these figures

  • Polysomnography-confirmed sleep effects were not reliably reproduced in the controlled studies.
  • Molar dosing units make comparison with mass-labelled vials error-prone.
  • Most of this literature predates modern trial standards by decades.
