PEG-MGF: literature-reported ranges

PEG-MGF is MGF with a polyethylene glycol chain attached to slow renal clearance. The rationale is pharmacokinetic rather than pharmacodynamic — the peptide sequence is the same, the exposure window is longer. The published record is thin and almost entirely preclinical.
