BPC-157: literature-reported ranges

Almost the entire BPC-157 literature is rodent work on tendon, ligament, muscle, nerve and gut injury models. Published quantities are expressed per kilogram of animal body weight, which is why human-equivalent figures circulated online are extrapolations rather than measured values. No controlled human dosing study has been published.

BPC-157 · 10 mg Vial

BPC-157 is dosed at 200 mcg–600 mcg daily via subcutaneous injection in educational protocols. A 10 mg vial reconstituted with bacteriostatic water yields about 3.33 mg/mL. This information is for research and educational use only.

  • Every published quantity is per kilogram of animal body weight — species scaling is not a simple multiplication.
  • Oral, intraperitoneal and subcutaneous arms are not interchangeable; bioavailability differs by an order of magnitude.
  • Purity matters more than quantity: request lot-matched HPLC purity and mass-spectrometry identity before any work.
