HGH 191AA is dosed at 200 mcg–900 mcg daily via subcutaneous injection in educational protocols. A 10IU vial reconstituted with bacteriostatic water yields about 1.11 mg/mL. This information is for research and educational use only.
Reconstitute
Add 3.0 mL bacteriostatic water → ~1.11 mg/mL concentration (~1111 mcg/mL).
Typical daily range
150–500 mcg (conservative replacement protocols) to 1000–2000 mcg (advanced metabolic studies).
Easy measuring
At 1.11 mg/mL, 1 unit = 0.01 mL ≈ 11.1 mcg on a U-100 insulin syringe.
Storage
Lyophilized: freeze at −20 °C (−4 °F); after reconstitution, refrigerate at 2–8 °C (35.6–46.4 °F); avoid freeze–thaw cycles.
Supplied in IU-labelled vials — commonly 10 IU (≈3.33 mg). 10 IU reconstituted with 1 mL gives 10 IU/mL, so 10 units on a 100-unit insulin syringe draws 1 IU.
IU and mg are both in use and confusing them by a factor of three is the most common error in this field.
Glucose intolerance, fluid retention and carpal-tunnel symptoms are dose-related findings across the clinical literature.
It is a controlled or prescription-only substance in most jurisdictions and banned in sport.
