CJC-1295 with DAC: literature-reported ranges

CJC-1295 DAC is dosed at 2 mg weekly via subcutaneous injection in educational protocols. A 2 mg vial reconstituted with bacteriostatic water yields about 2.0 mg/mL. This information is for research and educational use only.

Add 1.0 mL bacteriostatic water → 2.0 mg/mL (2,000 mcg/mL) concentration.

At 2.0 mg/mL, 1 unit = 0.01 mL = 20 mcg on a U-100 insulin syringe; full dose = 100 units (1.00 mL).

  • Continuous elevation departs from natural pulsatile GH physiology — a point raised repeatedly in the literature.
  • The long half-life means any effect, wanted or unwanted, persists for days.
  • Verify from the certificate whether a vial is the DAC or non-DAC molecule; labels are frequently ambiguous.
